Prices will be agreed upon between Dark Forest Media and the customer, with the base price starting at £120 (£40 per subject with a 3-subject minimum per group).

Prices will be agreed upon between Dark Forest Media and the customer, with the base price starting at £200 for 4 hours on the day of shooting.

This will cover:

• 1 day of shooting

• 20 edited photos with no watermark per day of shooting

Additional photos are available for £2.50 on top of the base price.

The base price may be altered in the following cases:

• A photographer is needed for more than 4 hours

• Tickets are required for the photographer(s) to gain entry to the event

• Long-distance travel is involved (to cover fuel costs and travel time, which will be calculated accurately on the day of the shoot)

If the event or group is particularly large, we will work together to give you the full power of both of us. This lets us capture every vehicle, every person, and every moment from multiple angles — making sure nothing important gets missed and the entire story comes through with real emotion.

If more than one photographer is required for any reason, Dark Forest Media will provide additional photographers at an agreed-upon day rate.
